Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at blueprintpremium.com and The Blueprint Premium membership. By using the site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

The Blueprint Premium is a paid digital membership operated by The Blueprint. It provides educational content about web design and development, including PDF guides, template files, prompt files, and access to private channels in our Discord server. Content is delivered through Discord after checkout.

2. Payments and cancellation

• Checkout, billing, and subscription management are handled by Whop (whop.com), a third-party payment platform, under its own terms and policies.
• The membership is billed monthly.
• You can cancel at any time through Whop. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund past charges.
• Refund requests are handled case by case through Whop's process. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory refund rights you may have.

3. License and acceptable use

• Membership content (PDFs, template files, prompts, code, recordings) is licensed to you personally. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for your own learning and client work.
• You may use techniques and code from the content in projects you build, including commercial client projects.
• You may not redistribute, resell, share, leak, or publicly post the raw membership files, in whole or in part, inside or outside Discord.
• Accounts and Discord access are for one person. Sharing access is grounds for removal without refund.

4. Community conduct

The Discord server has its own rules, which you accept by joining. We may remove anyone from the community for harassment, spam, scamming, leaking paid content, or behavior that harms the community, without refund for the current billing period where permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the membership and on this site, including the Blueprint name, logo, PDFs, templates, and footage, is owned by The Blueprint or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. No guarantees of results

The membership teaches skills and workflows. We do not guarantee income, client results, business outcomes, or any specific result from applying the material. Any examples of results are illustrations, not promises.

7. Disclaimers

The site and the membership are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that third-party platforms (Whop, Discord, Vercel) will always be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Blueprint and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may end your membership at any time through Whop. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
